Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hyperice pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are free from makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
